Data Retention Schedule

Purpose and method

This schedule explains the current retention criteria used by Tucloud. Exact periods may be shortened when data is no longer needed or extended when required for tax, domain registry, fraud, security, litigation hold, or other binding legal obligations. Tucloud must align operational deletion jobs and provider settings with this published schedule before representing a fixed deletion guarantee.

Account and service records

Active account profiles, authentication metadata, projects, domains, deployments, hosting configuration, and support context are retained while the account or relevant service remains active. After a verified deletion request or account closure, live-service copies enter the deletion workflow, subject to unresolved subscriptions, domains, disputes, security restrictions, and legal holds.

Billing, domains, security, and abuse

Transaction, invoice, subscription, tax, refund, and chargeback records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, payment-network, and dispute rules. Domain registration records follow registry, registrar, ICANN, tax, dispute, and transfer requirements. Security and abuse evidence is retained only as long as proportionate to investigate, defend, prevent recurrence, and meet legal obligations.

Logs, backups, Kuro, and deletion

Operational logs and backups rotate under service-specific technical schedules and may temporarily preserve deleted data until overwritten. They are access-restricted and are not restored solely to recover an individual deleted record unless required for incident recovery or law. Kuro projects and history stored in browser local storage remain until the user deletes them or clears site data.

A customer may request deletion status at legal@tucloud.app. Because the verified production retention matrix and backup overwrite periods have not been supplied for this review, this schedule deliberately uses criteria rather than publishing unsupported day counts.
