Additional privacy rights and transfer terms for users in major global regions.

This Regional Privacy Notice supplements the global Privacy Policy. It applies only when the law of an identified jurisdiction governs the relevant processing. If this notice conflicts with a mandatory local right, the mandatory rule controls. Tucloud does not represent that every regional law applies to every user or activity.
For account creation, requested hosting, deployment, domains, support, and billing, the principal legal basis is performance of a contract. Security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and limited product improvement rely on legitimate interests balanced against user rights. Tax, sanctions, and binding legal process rely on legal obligations. Optional processing relies on consent where required, which may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
Residents may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent and may complain to the supervisory authority where they live or work. Where GDPR Article 27 requires an EEA representative, Tucloud must appoint and publish that representative before materially targeting users in the EEA; the current operator information does not establish an exemption or appointment.
Restricted transfers may use the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or another lawful mechanism, together with supplementary measures and a transfer assessment where required.
UK residents have the UK GDPR rights described above and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Where required, transfers use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU clauses, adequacy regulations, or another valid safeguard. Tucloud must appoint and publish a UK representative before materially targeting UK users if Article 27 applies.
Depending on residence and statutory thresholds, state law may provide rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limit specified uses of sensitive information, appeal a denial, and receive equal service for exercising rights. Tucloud does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not currently use covered personal data for targeted advertising.
Requests and appeals may be sent through the process in the Privacy Policy. We will honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal if Tucloud later conducts processing for which applicable law requires that signal, but the current covered services do not sell or share data for behavioral advertising.
Canadian residents may request access and correction, challenge compliance, and withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, subject to federal or provincial law. Mexican residents may exercise ARCO rights—access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition—and revoke consent or limit disclosure where applicable. Requests must identify the right, data, account, and preferred response channel; we will communicate the applicable statutory process and deadlines after verifying jurisdiction and identity.
Where Brazil's LGPD applies, data subjects may seek confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where legally available, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, review of qualifying automated decisions, and a complaint to the ANPD. Contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, fraud prevention, and consent are used only as allowed for the stated purpose.
Residents of other Latin American jurisdictions retain the rights and local authority remedies provided by applicable law. A local representative or data protection contact will be published when an applicable law requires appointment and the requirement is triggered.
Privacy, consumer, data-localization, tax, sanctions, and age requirements vary by country. Tucloud will apply mandatory local rights to covered processing and may restrict registration or particular services where a provider, law, sanctions rule, or operational requirement prevents lawful delivery. Availability of the website does not guarantee that every paid service is offered in every country.
