This Acceptable Use Policy protects users, third parties, and shared infrastructure. It applies to all Tucloud accounts, hosted content, domains, email, deployments, databases, network activity, and Kuro inputs and outputs. Customers are responsible for their users and for activity originating from their services.
You may not use Tucloud for child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, credible threats, terrorism support, unlawful weapons activity, or content that unlawfully exploits or endangers a person. We may report apparent criminal activity and preserve relevant evidence as permitted or required by law.
Prohibited activity includes phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, botnets, cryptojacking, unauthorized scanning or access, denial-of-service attacks, command-and-control infrastructure, distribution of stolen data, evasion tools intended for abuse, and attempts to impair Tucloud or third-party systems.
Good-faith security research requires prior written authorization from the system owner and must not access personal data, disrupt services, or exceed the agreed scope.
You may not impersonate financial institutions, government agencies, brands, or individuals; operate fraudulent stores or investment schemes; manipulate payment systems; distribute counterfeit goods; or misrepresent the origin, affiliation, or purpose of content or communications.
Unsolicited bulk email, purchased recipient lists, deceptive messaging, email bombing, open relays, address harvesting, abusive scraping, and automation that violates another service's rules are prohibited. You must maintain reasonable opt-out and consent records for commercial communications.
You may not intentionally consume excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, inodes, or AI capacity in a way that degrades shared services. Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or false identities to evade limits or enforcement, bypassing technical controls, and reselling free allocations without permission are prohibited.
You may not use the services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights. You must have a lawful basis for collecting personal data and must implement notices, consent, security, and rights procedures appropriate to your service.
Kuro may not be used to generate malware, phishing pages, exploit code intended for unauthorized use, deceptive impersonation, illegal sexual content, instructions to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or automated high-impact decisions without legally required safeguards and meaningful human review.
Tucloud may rate limit, block, quarantine, suspend, or terminate activity based on severity, recurrence, and risk. Serious threats may be addressed without advance notice. To report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision, provide the account or URL, relevant evidence, and contact information to abuse@tucloud.app.
