These AI Product Terms apply to Kuro and any Tucloud feature that uses machine learning or generative models. Kuro is an AI-assisted development tool that can plan interfaces, generate and revise code, and summarize work. Responses are generated automatically and may not reflect Tucloud's views.
You retain rights in prompts, instructions, code, and other material you submit. You grant Tucloud a limited right to process that material solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested feature, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Kuro may process the prompt and selected portions of an existing project when you request generation or revision. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, private keys, payment information, health data, or confidential material belonging to others.
As between you and Tucloud, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use output generated for you. Tucloud does not claim ownership of your output merely because Kuro generated it.
AI output may not qualify for copyright protection, may not be unique, and may resemble output provided to others. You are responsible for checking licenses, attribution requirements, trademarks, privacy rights, and other applicable rights before use.
Kuro can produce incorrect, outdated, biased, insecure, or non-functional material. You must review, test, scan, and validate generated code and content before deployment. Never rely on Kuro as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance, law-enforcement, or other high-impact decisions.
You may not use AI features to violate the Acceptable Use Policy, bypass safeguards, conduct unauthorized security attacks, facilitate fraud, generate illegal content, make deceptive claims of human authorship where disclosure is required, or unlawfully profile or discriminate against individuals.
AI features may be rate limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued due to safety, capacity, operational, or legal requirements. Model selection and output quality are not guaranteed. Free AI features do not include a service-level commitment.
