Domain Services Terms
01
Role and incorporated rules
Tucloud facilitates domain searches, registration, renewal, DNS configuration, and related services through third-party registrars or resellers, currently including Dynadot. Domain services are also subject to registry, registrar, ICANN, and country-code authority rules applicable to the selected top-level domain.
02
Registrant information
You must provide accurate and current registrant, administrative, and technical contact information and promptly correct changes. False or incomplete information can result in rejection, suspension, or cancellation by the registrar or registry.
Registrant data is transmitted to the registrar and relevant registry as needed to provide the service. WHOIS privacy may be enabled where available, but availability and disclosure obligations vary by top-level domain and law.
03
Availability and registration
A search result does not reserve or guarantee a domain. Registration is complete only when the registry confirms it. A domain can become unavailable between search and submission, and Tucloud may reject orders that cannot be completed or that present fraud, sanctions, abuse, or legal risk.
04
Fees and refunds
Domain registration, renewal, redemption, restoration, and transfer fees may include non-refundable third-party charges. Once a registration or renewal request has been successfully submitted to the registry, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or caused by a Tucloud billing error.
05
Renewal and expiration
You are responsible for renewing domains before expiration. Auto-renew applies only when explicitly enabled and successfully paid. Tucloud does not guarantee renewal if payment fails, contact information is outdated, the registry rejects the request, or the renewal is submitted too late.
Expired domains may stop resolving, enter grace or redemption periods with additional fees, become subject to auction, or be registered by another party. Recovery is not guaranteed.
06
Transfers, disputes, and abuse
Transfers may be subject to locks, authorization codes, verification, waiting periods, and registrar or registry policy. Domain disputes may be handled under the UDRP, URS, local registry procedures, court orders, or other applicable policies.
Tucloud may suspend DNS or domain management access when required by a registrar, registry, legal order, or serious abuse investigation. Ownership disputes must be resolved through the competent policy or authority.
07
Contact
Questions about a domain order may be submitted through Dashboard support. Legal notices concerning domain rights or abuse may be sent to abuse@tucloud.app.
