Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and refund eligibility.

Prices, currency, billing interval, resource limits, taxes, and any introductory terms are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe or PayPal. Tucloud does not directly store complete payment card numbers or wallet credentials.
Paid plans renew for the interval selected at checkout unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through the selected provider. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for taxes not collected by Tucloud where applicable.
You may cancel a subscription through the Dashboard or the applicable payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and prevents future renewal. Access and resource limits may be reduced after the paid period ends.
Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer law, where an express refund guarantee is shown at checkout, or where Tucloud confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Partial months, unused resources, account suspension for violation, and voluntary early cancellation do not create a credit.
Domain, registry, redemption, and other third-party transaction fees are non-refundable once submitted successfully, except where required by law or caused by a Tucloud billing error.
Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may cause suspension or cancellation. Before initiating a chargeback, contact support so we can review billing records and attempt to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction and recovery of permitted costs.
Upgrades, downgrades, and resource changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period as shown in the Dashboard. Free plans have no monetary refund value, may be subject to stricter limits, and may be changed or discontinued with reasonable notice when feasible.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Dominican Republic Law No. 358-05 or other applicable consumer law. Billing questions should be submitted through Dashboard support or to legal@tucloud.app.
