Tucloud policy
Copyright and Abuse Policy
01
Respect for rights
Tucloud respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Customers must have permission or another lawful basis for content they host, deploy, or generate. This policy describes a notice process and does not itself claim that Tucloud qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor in every jurisdiction.
02
Submitting a notice
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a notice to abuse@tucloud.app. The notice should identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material with an exact URL or location, provide contact details, describe the basis of the claim, and include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
03
Our response
We may request clarification, forward a notice to the customer, preserve relevant records, restrict access, or remove material. We consider the specificity, credibility, jurisdiction, defenses, and urgency of each report. Knowingly false notices may create liability to the affected party.
04
Counter-notices
A customer who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice to abuse@tucloud.app identifying the material, explaining the basis for restoration, and providing contact information and any legally required statements. Tucloud may restore material where permitted if the claimant does not pursue appropriate legal action.
05
Repeat infringement
Tucloud may terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously infringe intellectual property rights, taking into account valid notices, counter-notices, court decisions, account history, and other relevant circumstances.
06
Other abuse reports
Reports concerning phishing, malware, impersonation, privacy, unlawful content, or security abuse should also be sent to abuse@tucloud.app with the affected URL and supporting evidence.
